LIFE LESSONS FROM THE BOOK OF ISAIAH 55:8 (MSG)



“I don’t think the way you think. The way you work isn’t the way I work.” God’s Decree.“For as the sky soars high above earth, so the way I work surpasses the way you work, and the way I think is beyond the way you think."






1. When God allows a pain ; there is a message he wants to pass across .Jer 15:18 (Msg version) "But why, why this chronic pain,
this ever worsening wound and no healing in sight?"
2. The method God is going to use to solve your case ; might be just an entirely new method. free your mind from how he is going to do it . Amen. Isaiah 43:19 (Msg version) says it better "“Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is! I’m making a road through the desert,".
3. When God is working on you ; you never seem to understand what he is doing initially . So be patient and let him finish his work concerning you. phil 1:6 (Msg version)"There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears."
4. His way always turns out for your own benefit at the end. Roms 8:28 . You miss it when you begin to complain and murmur against the method he is using . 1 cor 10:10 (Msg version) " The same thing could happen to us. We must be on guard so that we never get caught up in wanting our own way as they did."
5. Humility will help you to understand his way quicker. James 4:1o Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. ".it  show you the way out. Amen.
6.A submissive heart will help you to understand his way quicker. 1 peter 5:5 "Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all [of you] be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble."
7. A prayerful life will help you to understand his way quicker.2 Kings 20:5 "Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD." .Key -it was through prayer , King Hezekiah got to know that his healing was going to take place on the third day and not the first . God has fixed a time for your testimony . Find out his way in prayer.
8. God can use anything and any method he likes to solve your problem. The key is just believe he can do it ! Eph 3:20 (Msg version)" God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us."
9. His way might be painful, but that is what does the job in shaping your attitude /character in life. psalm 45:7 (WYC ) "Thou lovedest rightfulness, and hatedest wickedness; therefore thou, God, thy God (and so God, thy God), anointed thee with the oil of gladness, more than thy fellows." Your attitude will take you faster/quicker to your palace , than your skills.
10. The reward after the process is sweet . Job 23:10 (NIV) "But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold." The jews could not believe , when they saw and heard the wisdom of Jesus.Matt 13:54 (NIV)"Coming to his hometown, he began teaching the people in their synagogue, and they were amazed. "Where did this man get this wisdom and these miraculous powers?" they asked." . That is how your end product shall be in the name of Jesus , Amen.
