LIFE LESSONS FROM THE BOOK OF MALACHI 3:10


"Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it"




1. One of the most important reason why tithing is important to me, from experience , I found we live in a demonic infested earth , there are so many demons wearing human body , money is a spirit , the note is just a legal "paper" of exchange. Is the spirit behind the paper that is called "money" and when that spirit is caged by demons from manifesting in your life , you are in trouble. so the only way to secure your finances here on earth is by securing the 10% in God's hand , once they see the mark on it , they stay clear .
Gal 6:17 (NIV)"From now on, let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus."Just as you have physical marks ; there are also spiritual marks that tell the Devil "Don't touch " . psalm 105:15.
2.If you are not a tither , God is not a joker . He is the one in charge of your windows of blessings in Heaven.Gal 6:7 (NIV)"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows."
3.Tithing keeps your heaven from been close . Why? Satan will always take advantage of your ignorance .2 cor 2:11 "Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."
4.When you fail to tithe , we make the job easy for Satan. I guess God would "repeat" what He told him about job again in the book of job 1:12(NLT)" "All right, you may test him," the LORD said to Satan. "Do whatever you want with everything he possesses, but don't harm him physically." So Satan left the LORD's presence."
5.Financial blessing comes from above , it is not your skill that gets the job done , but God that favors your skill. people can appreciate your skill , but you can't force them to buy your product . That is where God comes in . Deu 8:18 (NLT)"Remember the LORD your God. He is the one who gives you power to be successful, in order to fulfill the covenant he confirmed to your ancestors with an oath."
6.Tithing secures your life . Am a living testimony to this .Mal 3:11"And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts."
7.Tithing secures your finances from occultic powers. They too pay tithes to the Devil , so it would be risky , for you not to pay your tithes to God. Why? Because Satan is an imitator of everything God does "demonically". Isaiah 14:14 (ESV)"I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’"
8.Is the only scripture that God asked us to dare him. Mal 3:10
9.Is a weapon against the enemy in battle. When your finances is under attack , you can use it to raise a petition to God . He has proved Himself to me like this many times . Isaiah 62:6 (Amp)"I have set watchmen upon your walls, O Jerusalem, who will never hold their peace day or night; you who [are His servants and by your prayers] put the Lord in remembrance [of His promises], keep not silence,"
10.Judging from the scripture above , our store houses (bank accounts , businesses ) added together for generations to come , cannot be compared to the resources of the most high God. Eph 3:20 (Amp)"Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—"
11.Obedience will always bring in the blessings. Isaiah 1:19 (Amp)"If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land;"
