LIFE LESSONS FROM THE BOOK OF ISAIAH 12:3
"Therefore with joy shall ye draw out water out of the wells of salvation".
1. Joy is a force in the spiritual realm.
2. Satan wants to steal your joy. why? joy is the rope you use in drawing the water out of the wells of salvation ( blessings in the bible). depression cant do it.
3. Once he is able to steal your joy , faith dies , hope is gone , you miss your connection. Scriptures say in Mark 4:11 " And these are they by the way side, where the word (joy) is sown, but when they have heard ,Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word (joy) that was sown in their hearts." without joy you cannot receive your harvest (breakthrough) go read the book of Joel 1:11-12b scriptures say " and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men".
4. Satan,s plan is to get you out of His presence , so he can deal with you . why? scriptures say in Psalm 15:11 " Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for ever more.". key - if you want to know if you are in His presence be joyful.
5. joy is what connects you to His pleasures ( His goodness , blessings , favour , healings etc)
This is the secret why Satan is after your joy, in the book of Isaiah 64:5a scriptures say "Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness.." when you remain joyful in the midst of your storms , God Himself shows up and your guess is as good as mine , when the OMINIPOTENT HIMSELF COMES.Hmm, READ THIS FROM THE MSG VERSION OF GENESIS 22:15-18a " The angel of God spoke from Heaven a second time to Abraham: "I swear -God,s sure word! - because you have gone through with this -oh how I'll bless you! And l'll make sure that your children flourish -like stars in the sky! like sand on the beaches!".Now is like saying to you , because you have remained joyful , despite all your shame , disappointments ,mockery , despite it all , you still held on to your joy " oh how l'll bless you" . And you think Satan is just going to stand there and watch ! No sir! he will come after your joy with all the "weapons" he has got. you name it , rejection , discouragement, shame ,mockery, ,betrayal , especially from people close to you, but I encourage you be strong , be strong , there is a blessing , I mean "The blessing" is on the way ,Amen. see how NLT VERSION puts it in the book of Zechariah 8:13b " Now will I rescue you and make you both a symbol and a source of blessing.so don't be afraid.be strong and get on with rebuilding the temple." Rescue is on the way , that is what I call good news!! So your been joyful is not in vain.
