LIFE LESSONS FROM THE BOOK OF GALATIANS 6:7 (AMP) Re- edited


"Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap.

I draw my lessons from the phrase "Do not be not deceived "

1.It is very possible for one to be deceived . Why? When there is a delay when you re faced with persecutions from every side . Is very possible for one to think , God's word is not true. but in reality it is .  2 cor 2:11 (JB2000)"lest Satan should deceive us, for we do not ignore his devices."
2.If you fail to hold on to the truth ; you will be deceived.John 17:17 "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth."
3.If you fail to see with the eyes of the spirit , you will be deceived.1 John 4:1(ESV)"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.".
4.If you reason with your flesh , you will be deceived . Jesus asked His disciples this question?. Mark 8:17"And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?"
5.If you are impatient , you will be deceived. Luke 21:19 (JB2000)"In your patience ye shall possess your souls"
6.If you fail to pray , you will be deceived . John the baptist did not pray , If he did , he would not have asked Jesus this question? Matt 11:3 (NLT)"Are you the Messiah we've been expecting, or should we keep looking for someone else?" Prayer erases doubt ! Have you prayed ?
7.If you fail to believe , you will be deceived .John 11:40(NLT)"Jesus responded, "Didn't I tell you that you would see God's glory if you believe?"
8.If you always focus and complain about what you are passing "through" to everybody you see, you will be deceived .2 Cor 4:18(NLT)"So we don't look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever."
9.If you think God has not answered your prayer , you would be deceived . Isaiah 65:24(NLT)"I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!"
10.If you think all your labour in the lord's vineyard is all in vain , you would be deceived . Psalm 58:11 (NIV)"Then people will say, "Surely the righteous still are rewarded; surely there is a God who judges the earth."


PRAYER : Every power assigned to deceive me from the pit of hell , I declare you re a liar in the name of Jesus . I have the mind of Christ and I declare I cannot be deceived because God's word is reality in my life . glory to God . Amen.

"Do you see what I’ve done? I’ve refined you, but not without fire.
I’ve tested you like silver in the furnace of affliction.Out of myself, simply because of who I am, I do what I do. I have my reputation to keep up. I’m not playing second fiddle to either gods or people."

10 KEYS THAT WILL HELP YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE "TEST"

1.Obedience - God will always test your level of obedience and from experience . "hmm" , He will test you with everything . Even to the boy that changes your Tyre when you have a flat . He might tell you to be generous to Him. give him alittle extra. The Key is this a willing heart will always do His WILL first." John 21:17 (NIV)"The third time he said to him, "Simon son of John, do you love me?" Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, "Do you love me?" He said, "Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you." Jesus said, "Feed my sheep." If you sincerely love me " obey what I tell you " .period!
2.Love - Everything on His love list in 1 Cor 13(Msg) all will be checked and you must pass all from my experience . why? God loves us so much that He wants us to grow spiritually into a more matured believer and not a babe in Christ . And it has levels .Let me mention two that I easily find amongst us believers .1 Love is not easily provoked and love suffers long . Many believers I have seen get easily offended and are easily provoked .lol  ..Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud .It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs..Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." God is kind , but He will not deposit His true wealth in the hands of a believer who is not gone through the school of love . 
3.Attitude-He places a keen interest in this one , because we represent Him here on earth . And He canbe very hard on us at times out of love  . John 15:2(NIV)"He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful."
4.Patience- We can't escape this one , no matter your anointing or knowledge in the word . You must learn it , If you are the stubborn type like me in the past. .lol , He will have to teach you the hard way until you are broken ."personal experience" . Patience has its own "sweet fragrance" when it is done . hmm...Psalm 51:17 (NLT)"The sacrifice you desire is a broken spirit. You will not reject a broken and repentant heart, O God."
5.Kindness - It is not easy ,showing kindness to people you know hate you , people who desire to see you just fail for no reason . But you must pass the test o.I get inspired to do it when the opportunity comes .why? There is a sure reward attached to it . Simple! Prov 11:18"The wicked works a deceitful work: but to him that sows righteousness shall be a sure reward."
6.Loneliness - Whoosh , many believers , especially the singles , hmm, suffer from this one . Why ? they can't really hang out with unbelievers. why? "trouble" . I went through this season of my life for some years . wow , seasons I complained to God about it , He was just silent , didnt say anything . Until I finally got the picture of what He wanted me to see . Now am just having a wonderful time in His presence . Psalm 62:5 (NASB)"My soul, wait in silence for God only, For my hope is from Him."
7.Giving - I found out , He is a very generous person (God) . Loves to give generously and He expects us to do the same especially towards the poor . He loves it when you give them your best things neatly packaged . Because in the true sense of it , He is the one you giving it too .Now , here is the key - When He tells you to do it and you hold it back , lol , you have not pass your test .You will have to go over that class again . "personal experience " But now , I get excited when He tells me , because I know I will have the finest of those things , when it comes . Amen. Prov 22:9(NIV)"The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor."
 8.Discouragement - This test has levels . lol , to me it is as if the more test you pass the more it comes at a higher level . But this is the key , it helps you to become strong , better , you can take good decisions now with a better understanding of matters .Joshua 1:9(Msg)"Haven’t I commanded you? Strength! Courage! Don’t be timid; don’t get discouraged. God, your God, is with you every step you take.”
9.Attacks - I use to really fret myself in the past , when Satan bombards me with his attacks , that I missed it back then,,rather than laugh at him the more , I go into my shell "sad" . But now , I would rather save that energy to magnify my God the more than to fret .Psalm 34:3"O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together."
10. Forgiveness - Can be very hard at times , due to the level of pain and the closeness of the people involved . But here is the key , the deeper your knowledge of God the easier it becomes for you to forgive and "forget it" . Why? By the time , He blesses you , you can't even remember what they all did wrong . so much joy ! Amen. John 16:22(NIV)"So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy."



PRAYER : Father help me to pass my test in Jesus name , Amen.

LIFE LESSONS FROM THE BOOK OF ZEPHANIAH 3:20(NIV)


"At that time I will gather you; at that time I will bring you home. I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes," says the LORD."


10 KEYS- IT HAS BEING SET FOR A TIME ! SEE NOW WHAT I SEE HERE


1.  To you it looks impossible now, but not to God . Luke 1:37(NIV)"For no word from God will ever fail." .Never be anxious about His promises . simply believe it and be calm , while you wait . Amen.
2. What "time"? the time for psalm 126:1 (GWT) to become a testimony in your life . "[A song for going up to worship.] When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, it was as if we were dreaming.". Listen just keep doing something and don't quit believing . It will look like a dream , when He turns it all of a sudden .
3. It also means there is no way , your enemies will get the last laugh.Isa 48:11(Amp)" For My own sake, for My own sake, I do it [I refrain and do not utterly destroy you]; for why should I permit My name to be polluted and profaned [which it would be if the Lord completely destroyed His chosen people]? And I will not give My glory to another [by permitting the worshipers of idols to triumph over you]." . Why is that ? because it would make him a liar , if he allowed them . so let your heart be calm . It will turn out for your good at the appointed time in Jesus name , Amen.
4. He planned this , before your birth .Jer 1:5(NIV)"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
5. He simply incorporated your challenges into His plan . Jer 29:11 (Msg)"This is God’s Word on the subject: “As soon as Babylon’s seventy years are up and not a day before, I’ll show up and take care of you as I promised and bring you back home. I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for."
6. God is the one speaking in this scripture . Question ? Can God speak and it will not come to pass ? so brace up . you are next in line for a miracle in the name of Jesus , Amen. Num 23:19(NIV)"God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfil?"
7. Look at the word "when" again , meaning , He has already pre-programmed your testimony to manifest at the appointed time .Isa 60:22(NLT)"The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation. At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen."
8. Can Satan stop God ? No .listen , it means your appointed time cannot be stop by your enemies . No matter the powers working against you now . so don't throw in the towel . psalm 62:11(NLT)"God has spoken plainly, and I have heard it many times: Power, O God, belongs to you;"
9.God is not a boaster/joker . If He says it , do not allow the storms that come to test your faith , discourage you . Why? He has control over your storms .period! psalm 4:39 (NIV)"He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, "Quiet! Be still!" Then the wind died down and it was completely calm."
10. No matter what , see with your eyes of faith , what God has said , for God is committed to performing what you see in His word . Jer 1:11,12.(NLT)"Then the Lord said to me, “Look, Jeremiah! What do you see?”And I replied, “I see a branch from an almond tree.” And the Lord said, “That’s right, and it means that I am watching, and I will certainly carry out all my plans.”




 PRAYER: Father uproot every spirit of delay from my testimony in the name of Jesus , Amen.

"Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses]."

10 POWERFUL KEYS ABOUT FAITH

1. Once you believe it , the battle begins immediately .2 tim 7 "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:"
2. If you can just see it , it is there . you can only manifest it by faith .Mark 11:22 "And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God."
3. The "bigger" the things you see, the "bigger" the faith you need to carry it . what do I mean ? can you give a 7 year old 5 bags of cement to carry ? No . He needs to grow , train his muscles , watch others carry it , learn from them and begin to rehearse it in his mind before the D DAY . Zechariah 8:13 (NLT)"Now I will rescue you and make you both a symbol and a source of blessing. So don't be afraid. Be strong, and get on with rebuilding the Temple!" until D DAY!
4. The more you study , pray , worship , listen to your spiritual fathers teach and preach , the more your faith grows .Roms 10:17 (NIV)"Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ."
5. If you sincerely love God , there is no way your faith would not grow . why? Love believes all things . Anything it catches through divine revelation , love believes it with expectation from the God of love. 1 cor 13:7 (NASB)"bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
6. If you don't speak it , your faith can't grow . speak what you believe , say what you believe , nurse what you believe by divine revelation , is just a matter of time , with hard work and practice , you will see it happen "live". Mark 11:23(NLT)"I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, 'May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart.". I shared my faith , with some of my brothers in Christ , they so laughed me that tears was coming out of their eyes . But I wasn't moved, I know the God whom I believe , that He can do anything . If He can do it for one of my dear father's in the Lord Bishop David Oyedepo , why not me . I also laughed at them too for their ignorance . Amen.
7.If you don't expect , you cannot receive anything by faith . some people say they believe , but they are not expectant . so what do you believe "question"? psalm 40:1 (Amp)"I waited patiently and expectantly for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry."
8. Conviction is a spirit . When it enters you, it is so real , that it gives you that boldness to say what you believe with audacity .Matt 10:20 (NLT)"For it is not you who will be speaking--it will be the Spirit of your Father speaking through you."
9. Faith is connected to the spirit of joy . once it enters you , there is no way you will not be joyful . Is a joyful experience .John 15:11(NIV)"I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete."
10.Faith comes through divine revelation . Once you see it and you doubt it , it goes .To return back at some future date , if you would choose to believe it then . john 20:29 (ESV)"Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” Thomas did not believe the first time . Jesus had to come the second time to ask him the question ?




MY PRAYER FOR YOU IS ; WHAT YOU HAVE SEEN , YOU WILL NOT LOSE IT THROUGH UNBELIEF IN THE NAME OF JESUS , AMEN.

10 KEYS TO SURVIVING YOUR SCARIEST MOMENTS. (Re- edited)






1.Try not to panic . Why? There is every tendency for you to .is "understandable " but try not to . John 14:1 (NLT)"Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me." .1st step "trust " Him.
2.Overcome the weariness with rejoicing . It works . 1 peter 4:12-13"Beloved, do not be amazed and bewildered at the fiery ordeal which is taking place to test your quality, as though something strange (unusual and alien to you and your position) were befalling you.13 But insofar as you are sharing Christ’s sufferings, rejoice, so that when His glory [full of radiance and splendor] is revealed, you may also rejoice with triumph [exultantly].". Listen , the key to getting results , works from the inside outside , not from the outside inside . Amen.
3.Your thoughts at this moment is very important , Is either it is going to sink you , if you choose to think "negatively" or raise you up if you choose to think "positively" about it .Remember prov 23:7 "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee". you would definitely become what you think about the most . so think positively in the midst of it . Is a deliberate act .
4.Shake off the depression by giving God thanks . Remember you never "understand" it . but it works . 1 thess 5:18(Amp)"Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will]."
5. At such moment , silence will not help . go into speaking in tongues and making positive declarations over the situation , over your life etc. by your words you shall be justified . Amen. Isaiah 43:26"Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified."
6. Offence - Listen there is every tendency for you to take offence against God . lol. don't , I tell you , it will only get worse and sink you into depression . You should be thinking now on how to get out , not in . be calm and just let the offence pass . Amen . And appreciate Him again , sure makes you feel good. John 16:1 (ESV)"“I have said all these things to you to keep you from falling away".
7.Don't be distracted by your mockers and your haters . Listen, after the reproach comes the miracle . they laughed Jesus to scorn , but what happened next ? the miracle took place. yours will happen in Jesus name , Amen.Luke 8:53,54"And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise."
8. Don't stop praying - Don't try it . there is every tendency for you to stop and your flesh will justify you . yes , "after all Jesus promised me , but failed "lol. no ! see what Jesus did , when He found Himself in that situation . Key - He prayed the more . Luke 22:44"And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground."
9.Expectation - there is power in our expectations . Expect a change , expect something good to happen . just keep that mode activated in your life .why? it draws God's attention .David said in psalm 40:1 (Amp)" I waited patiently and expectantly for the Lord; and He inclined to me and heard my cry."
10.Hope in Jesus is all you got . Let your hope in Jesus be intact and Just be calm . Isa 3:10 and Heb 6:19 (NIV)We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain,".



PRAYER - Father let my trust in you not waver now lord in Jesus name , help me to remain calm in Jesus name , Amen.

10 KEYS TO HOLDING FAST TO YOUR CONFESSION .



1. Joy- Without joy , your confession won't last long ."personal experience". Joy is what gives it , that needed excitement , when you make your confession .Isaiah 12:3(NLT)"With joy you will drink deeply from the fountain of salvation!"
2.Prayer - Is what enables you to hold on to your confession or prayer is what gives your confession spiritual fuel to last .Gal 6:9(NLT)"So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up."
3.Fasting - Disciplines your flesh , when you get a little bit emotional as you wait upon the lord . Paul said in the book of 1 cor 9:27 (ESV)"But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified."
4.Worship -Sustains your flow and helps you to keep afloat in the midst of your storms . David said in psalm 34:1 (ASV)"I will bless Jehovah at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth."
5.Praise -builds up your expectations . Why ? He sees to your needs Himself .psalm 67:6(NLT)"Then the earth will yield its harvests, and God, our God, will richly bless us." When praises goes .
6.Speaking in tongues - Keeps you from wavering , as it helps to sustain your faith (confession) in the midst of your trial. Jude 1:20 (ESV)"But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit,."
7. Knowledge - Is strength . Grow more in knowledge of the word. scripture clearly says it in prov 24:10 "If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small."
8. Thanksgiving - constantly thanking God for it , shows that you believe . And Jesus said in scripture John 20:29(NLT)"Then Jesus told him, "You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me."
9.Acknowledgement - Phil 1:6"and I pray that the fellowship of your faith(confession) may become effective through the acknowledgement of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus." you do it consistently. Amen.
10.The power of visualization - you need to see it  constantly to confess it . Now here is the  question ? Jer 1:11(NLT)"Then the LORD said to me, "Look, Jeremiah! What do you see?" And I replied, "I see a branch from an almond tree." say what you see and let God confirm it .

Hello , Are you borm again friend ? Jesus is the Lord and Master of this universe . He loves us so much , He gave us His own very life .life eternal . I share my testimony with you . some time back the enemy tried to  knock me out spiritually . I knew they had hit me spiritually , but I said to myself , it is not possible for me to die , I cannot die , because the life I have is not mine , but Christ that liveth in my . I have eternal life .John 3:16. friend believe , that day , I practically understood what this eternal life meant . That life it was like a virus , entered my body again and my body mechanism that was going down , came back alive  . glory to God  . Now hear this mystery I discovered . It was a choice I made , nobody made it for me . I chose not to die . So your life is a choice . you choose to live or you choose to confess negatively.prov 18:21 . choose life , health , prosperity , goodness . bible says for us to think and set our minds on this things . Phil 4:8 (Amp) .
Listen it doesn't matter what the enemy is trying to do in your life . Only believe now in Jesus and He will save you. Roms 10:9 . only believe .Luke 8:50. This my message for you this morning .
