LIFE LESSONS FROM THE BOOK OF MATTHEW 13:25,30

"But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way."
"Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn."

10 REASONS - WHY THE TARES ? .




1.God uses the tares to prepare us , till we become son's and not babes in the word .Gal 4:1(NIV)"What I am saying is that as long as an heir is underage, he is no different from a slave, although he owns the whole estate."
2. The tares helps our prayer life . If there are no tares in our lives , we won't pray . The tares is what keeps your altar burning . Luke 18: 1(NLT)"One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up." 
3.The tares teaches us how to war a good warfare . I am a testimony . psalm 144:1 (ESV)" Of David. Blessed be the LORD, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle;"
4.If you are not spiritually matured , God cannot put you in a position of leadership . He uses the tares to prepare us for this role of leadership. Eph 4:13-15 (NASB)"until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. ".
5.When God gives you an assignment , it is the very tares of that assignment , He uses to prepare you , so you can have a good understanding of what your assignment is about .Luke 24:45 (NIV)"Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures."
6.The tares helps us to trust God . How? When the battle is tough , who do you turn to ? Isaiah 26:4 "Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:"
7.The tares makes us  sound in Him. How? The tares drives you into becoming a fervent christian. .Roms 12:11(ISV)"Never be lazy in showing such devotion. Be on fire with the Spirit. Serve the Lord."
8.The tares brings out the reality "power" in the word of God ,as we fight the good fight of faith with it . Eph 3:20(NIV)"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,".
9.The tares secures our stay in the kingdom . lest we return back to Egypt after we received the blessing , thinking that is where the fun is . NO ,NO , NO . Until you are grounded and rooted in the word , you can't receive . Luke 15:13 (NIV)""Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living.". If he was grounded properly in the word , he would have stayed in the Kingdom. So until you grow up as a son not a child , the tares will still be there , just to make you grow up. 1 cor 13:11 (NIV)"When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me."
10. When God sees you have fully grown , you are now spiritually matured , your level of discernment is sharp , you can hear His voice well . Then your harvest is ripe . He calls for the reapers to get rid of all the tares in your life ( stubborn enemies , wicked witches , strong men , powerful principalities and any stubborn thing that represent a tare in your life is taken out ) and all your entitlements paid in full .  Heb 10:36(Amp)" For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away [and enjoy to the full] what is promised."
